We write to confirm that we have received and recorded your written consent to use the E-Platform Access Service for the delivery of your monthly statements and transaction notes. The service will commence on 1 July 2026.

Please carefully review this notice, which outlines the key terms, features, risks, and your rights in relation to the service, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements of Hong Kong for our licensed activities

Key Information About the Service

From the commencement date, your transaction notes and account statements will be made available for download through the E-Platform. You will receive an email notification at your designated email address whenever new documents are posted. We recommend regularly checking your email and retaining electronic or printed copies for your records.

By providing your consent, you have acknowledged that you:

• Have the appropriate hardware and software, internet access and a specific email address for receiving email or other electronic notifications for using the Access Service;
• Accept that internet and email services may be subject to IT risks and service disruption;
• Accept that revocation of consent is subject to advance notice; and
• Acknowledge that obtaining copies of documents no longer available online may incur a reasonable charge.

If your designated email address changes, please notify your Relationship Manager immediately to ensure uninterrupted delivery of notices.

Right to Revoke Consent

You may revoke your consent at any time. Revocation must be provided in writing by signed instruction delivered to CIGP by post, email, or fax, and will be subject to no less than 10 business days advance notice. Upon revocation, document delivery will revert to the agreed conventional method.
